Okay so going to the look, here are some pictures that I've taken while shooting my cover.
Foundation: MAC studio fix fluid foundation
Lips: Wet n Wild 911D (top lip)
Wet N Wild C901B (bottom lip)
Eyelashes: Bought mine from eBay for about $1+
Eyeshadow: blue eyeshadow (Inner corner towards middle)
pink eyeshadow (middle lid to outer)
White eyeshadow (inner corner)
Black eyeshadow (outer the crease)
Nose Highlight : Mac Gesso white eyeshadow
